The Law Office of Jonathan J. Schlegel, Esq. is a solo practice firm based in Columbus, Ohio. I limit my practice to individuals, families, and small businesses because I want to know who my clients are beyond the case file. When dealing with individuals at critical moments in their lives or with families tackling the enormous responsibility of raising a disabled child I understand that finding time to leave work and family can be difficult. I don’t clock out at five o’clock and if a client cannot come to my office, then my office will come to the client.
I offer business clients several alternatives to the traditional billable hour, including fixed fees, contingency fees, and blended fee arrangements. I share in the risk of litigation by sharing the financial burden of the case. As a result, our interests are aligned and we are both working toward a common goal.
